Procedure with the Users’ Office :

A contract extension is possible 28 days before the end of the contract date.

Please fill out the EDH form and attach your Home Institute Declaration

Procedure with ALICE :

Please send us an e-mail as we must update your employment in the ALICE database. Team Leader/ Deputy Team Leader have also the possibility to do it.
