The ALICE secretariat is the contact point for each ALICE members.

We provide support to ALICE members in the following areas:


    - ALICE registration and computer accounts

    - Meeting room reservations

    - Travel (organization of travels, reimbursement)

    - Organization of events (Summer party, drinks...)

    -  Space (office allocation, key request, phone request, office moves, TSO of buildings 160/161/301..)

    - Invitation letters for visa/attestation

    - ALICE visits (ALICE exhibition/detector)

    - Shop (goodies)

    - Miscellaneous (Stationary, coffee,car request, shipping request etc)
