The ALICE secretariat is the contact point for each ALICE members.

We provide support to ALICE members in the following areas:

ALICE registration and computer accounts, meeting room reservations, travel (organization of travels, reimbursement), organization of events (Summer party, drinks...), space (office allocation, key request, phone request, office moves, TSO of buildings 160/161/301..), invitation letters for visa/attestation, ALICE visits (ALICE exhibition/detector), shop (goodies), miscellaneous (Stationary, coffee,car request, shipping request etc)
