Change of experiment

Step 1
Please fill in an EDH form and attach your new Home Institution Declaration.

Step 2 :
Before registering with ALICE, please contact your current experiment secretariat to inform them about your departure.

Step 3 :
Please get in touch with us at alice.secretariat@cern.ch. You can request your Team Leader to add you to the ALICE database, or alternatively, ask us to handle the registration process on your behalf. Please remember to provide your professional category (e.g., Physicist, Engineer, PhD, etc) for us to complete your registration.
