Step 1

Please fill in an EDH form and attach your Home Institution Declaration.

Step 2

To update your affiliation in the ALICE database, your Team Leader must send us an email containing your professional category (such as Physicist, PhD, Engineer) along with the contract duration (start date to end date).

Your Team Leader should reach out to the ALICE secretariat, providing information about your new institute, professional category, and the end date of your employment (maximum of 5 years).
