Egencia was launched as CERN’s new travel agency on 2024, January 1^st. Below you will find some practical information.

Profile completion

All Members of the Personnel should have now received a welcome email from Egencia with a link to login and fill in their profiles. I invite all to login once and complete their profile so all the needed information are is completed should a travel need arise. This set-up should take no longer than 5 minutes. If the email was not received, the traveller can follow the usual log-in link below.

Egencia can be accessed anytime to check travel arrangements availability via the link https://cern.egencia.ch

. This link can also be found on the campus app and other official resources. The same link can be used to book once travellers have a fully signed EDH Travel document

. Egencia can also be accessed directly from the EDH Travel document via the dedicated button (with the added benefit that some information is transmitted from EDH to Egencia):

Please note that members of the personnel shall use Egencia to book their future duty travels. Transportation bookings made by travellers through other channels in 2024 will not be reimbursed.

Please note that a wide variety of actions can be performed directly from the online booking tool. Nonetheless, the Egencia support is available 24/7 in English or French via all channels (phone, email, chat). You can find the Egencia contact information in the CERN Phonebook
